Welcome Get Shot By Tate!
Since you MUST know about me...... I'll talk about what kind of photographer I am. I'm the kid who hated traditional crap. I hated the concept of doing wedding photography. I wanted to do high fashion and naked people - and that WAS IT. Fast Forward to ten + years later....... I'm doing weddings, naked people (but it's always tasteful..... or at least I think it is) and I do SOME traditional stuff. I like to think my traditional stuff is twisted. Ok, it's not traditional. Call it what you want to call it, but I don't like the WORD - traditional. My wife does. She's twisted traditional. My work is my work. I don't like rules. It's hard for me to play by the rules when I'm doing photography. I think that's what keeps it so fun for me. I tell the parents of my senior shoots that I dislike cap and gown shots (was I supposed to do that?) but I still do them because I know they love those. ;-) I think you get the drift of what kind of photographer I am. I may think I'm way more radical than I am, but let me think I'm just ubercool and not traditional. Okay?

Kim brought over her six year old dude, Conner, for a session at Maison Looziana and we had a ball. He is FULL of energy and his personality just shines. He reminded me of myself as a child, even doing the "McDonald's Drive Thru" act via the window in the old shack behind our home. I used to do the exact same thing with the window under my parents drive in carport growing up! SO MUCH FUN.

It's impossible not to just stare at Lola! It's rude so thank god for photos - now you can stare at her in these photos and not creep her out. Haha! She is a bundle of personality! I think she looks so different when she's smiling, not smiling, and pissed off. It's so much fun photographing her!

Thank you Christian and Lauren for having me do your daughter's photos all the time to document her life. She is not a baby anymore! Where did the time go?

Ellie Grace is the gorgeous firstborn daughter of Chris & Mary Clement from New Orleans. If those names sound familiar, it's because I'm always raving on and on about how they've expanded my client base out in New Orleans! Weddings, family shoots, and whatnot - THANK YOU - y'all!

Isn't this chick gorgeous already? She is going to make people swoon all her life.

I love this one. I know I sound so morbid always loving photos of babies crying, and kids just running amok pissed off that their photo sessions have LASTED WAY TO LONG - but isn't that what we're supposed to enjoy - all their moods? ;-)

BROOKS LANDRY ROCKS THE DROOL

I LOVE IT WHEN BABIES DROOL. There, I admit it. I think the concept of drool is nasty. I drool so much when I asleep and when I wake up - I'm like, "whoa".

BUT - babies who drool are cool.

Therefore, Brooks is cool.
