Justin and Mary were such a fun couple to shoot on their wedding day. Both were very laid back & just a pleasure to be around! Mary is an old friend from our Gallaudet days in DC and a fellow artist (she's an art teacher now). When she got engaged, she sent an email with the kindest words - saying there was no other person she'd love to have on her big day documenting it all than me. That's always a compliment - especially when they're SET on having me, regardless of anything else. I love it!
One thing I loved about this wedding was all the LIGHT available! That's a big PLUS for wedding photographers. There is just less to stress about in terms of what light is/isn't available. Well, I had plenty of light in Danbury, CT on this day that Justin and Mary got hitched. The details were out of this world - the "perfect pair" - hence the pears being a main object popping up everywhere on the invites, the tables, and so forth. The colors too - perfect!
I loved this wedding. It was almost impossible to pick out my favorites, but here below are some of mine from their day!
Thank you Justin & Mary - for flying me in to do your wonderful wedding!

Beautiful bride and a very handsome hairless man. :-) Their wedding was very well organized, decorated and attended. Y'all had way too much fun. Good job Tate. Your pictures will be a treasure for the rest of their lives.
