Kevin and Shannon live in New Orleans but they wanted to do a intimate beach wedding so they booked two big humongous houses in Watercolor, Florida where everyone stayed. Her's in one, his in the other (I stayed with his family). Her parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at their house and cooked up a fantastic dinner. It was so much fun. On the wedding day, we all met up at the beach and hung out for a while. Before we all knew it, it was time to get back to the houses to clean up to get pampered up for the wedding festivities! Kevin and Shannon met up before the actual ceremony so we could get some great portraits of them with the time not being so restricted - and, I love it when the bride and groom can do that. The beach wedding ended up becoming a land wedding because the tide was so high, but everyone was in good spirits and the ceremony was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!! The reception was intimate as well at a local restaurant in Watercolor. It was all wonderful and they made me feel so comfortable! I love my job.
