Welcome
Get Shot By Tate! Since you MUST know about me...... I'll talk about what kind of photographer I am. I'm the kid who hated traditional crap. I hated the concept of doing wedding photography. I wanted to do high fashion and naked people - and that WAS IT. Fast Forward to ten + years later....... I'm doing weddings, naked people (but it's always tasteful..... or at least I think it is) and I do SOME traditional stuff. I like to think my traditional stuff is twisted. Ok, it's not traditional. Call it what you want to call it, but I don't like the WORD - traditional. My wife does. She's twisted traditional. My work is my work. I don't like rules. It's hard for me to play by the rules when I'm doing photography. I think that's what keeps it so fun for me. I tell the parents of my senior shoots that I dislike cap and gown shots (was I supposed to do that?) but I still do them because I know they love those. ;-) I think you get the drift of what kind of photographer I am. I may think I'm way more radical than I am, but let me think I'm just ubercool and not traditional. Okay?

(02.08.10)Do you know the work of Franz Xaver Messerschmidt (1736-1783)? These photos remind me of his most distinctive body of sculpture. I hope that you continue posting more of your creative work here.
(02.08.10)Was this you watching the ballgame last night? I think we had some of those faces in our living room :)
(02.08.10)No I never saw his work - I will check his stuff out online. Thanks for the tip.
And no, this was in between two sessions of mine last Friday. I was testing out the light in the guest room before I did the second session - hence getting carried away!
