Welcome Get Shot By Tate!
Since you MUST know about me...... I'll talk about what kind of photographer I am. I'm the kid who hated traditional crap. I hated the concept of doing wedding photography. I wanted to do high fashion and naked people - and that WAS IT. Fast Forward to ten + years later....... I'm doing weddings, naked people (but it's always tasteful..... or at least I think it is) and I do SOME traditional stuff. I like to think my traditional stuff is twisted. Ok, it's not traditional. Call it what you want to call it, but I don't like the WORD - traditional. My wife does. She's twisted traditional. My work is my work. I don't like rules. It's hard for me to play by the rules when I'm doing photography. I think that's what keeps it so fun for me. I tell the parents of my senior shoots that I dislike cap and gown shots (was I supposed to do that?) but I still do them because I know they love those. ;-) I think you get the drift of what kind of photographer I am. I may think I'm way more radical than I am, but let me think I'm just ubercool and not traditional. Okay?

Here's a shot I snapped of myself with my coffee the morning I did the shoot for Amedisys.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening!

When I was in Faribault, Minnesota last summer for the Hubmer wedding festivities, I got to stay with two old college friends - Lisa & Sonny Wasilowski - during my trip. They were such great hosts and I really appreciate them putting me up!

What was even better was that I got to meet RJ - they're lil tyke! He is an absolutely adorable kid. Very photogenic! These photos are actually just some quick snapshots I did in like a minute and I love how they came out. (Wasilowskis - I'm sending a CD with these photos!)

.... (PS, I fell in love with their house!! I love, love, love older homes with the original wood floors - da da da.... love it!)

Check out RJ!

Check out my photo of Kerri & Charles Clark from their wedding in the Houston Brides magazine. The company they used to rent the photobooth at their event asked for permission to use the image I took of them in their ad - therefore, check it out!

Here's my latest updated schedule for this year. Again, I am so fortunate to have so many bookings around the states AND locally - it's all wonderful!

Please contact me if you're interested in having me do your wedding this year. Inquiries are floating around and it's first come first serve (as in the deposit!) so the sooner, the better.

Again, thanks everyone!

So jealous that you get to go to Temecula!!! That's one of my most favorite places. Such an amazing place tucked between SD and LA. Have a great time there and be sure to visit Ponte' cellars! There's a navtive New Orleanian there!!!
